1Medium size ghiya (bottle guard)
250 gmscurd
To tasteblack salt
As requiredRoasted jeera powder
1/4 tspblack pepper

Firstly Peel ghiya and grate with grater.

Boil in clean water for 5 mins.

Strain with strainer.

Beat curd with beater. Add strained ghiya, salt and black pepper, roasted jeera powder. Ghiya raita is ready to serve.
