Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add chopped onion in it. Fry till they turn little brown.

Add chopped garlic, chillies, capsicum and fry for more minute. Then add tomato, Haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder, salt and sugar and fry for 1 minute.

To this add crumbled paneer, cream, butter and shredded ginger.

Mix and cook for two minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
