Ingredients

10 to 15 minutes
  1. 1potato, peeled and cut into cubes
  2. 2okra, sliced lengthwise
  3. 3.5 oz (100 grams)green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  4. 2green chilies, thinly sliced lengthwise
  5. 3.5 oz (100 grams)cabbage, chopped
  6. 4-5garlic cloves, sliced lengthwise
  7. 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced lengthwise
  8. 1 tablespoonsalt
  9. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  10. 1/2 cupcooked rice (about 85 grams)
  11. 1/2 cupgreen peas (about 70 grams)

Steps

10 to 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 5 cups of water in a pot. Once the water comes to a boil, add the potatoes, green beans, cabbage, and peas. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Next, add the green chilies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes. When the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked rice and okra. Cook until everything is well mixed and heated through.

    Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
