Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1/2 cupchopped Fenugreek/methi leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp hing(asafoetida)
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tsp seaseme seeds
  • 1 tsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In abowl mix everything and knead a soft dough

  2. 2

    Take out small portion of dough roll out a paratha

  3. 3

    On a tawa roast the paratha with ghee/oil.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with chutney/dahi
