Cauliflower green peas

Boil the green peas and keep aside. Then Fry the cauliflower pieces and keep aside.

In a kadhai take oil add jeera, cloves, cinnamon, add Onion pieces, add green chillies chopped, add little tomatoes.

After 3-4 mins we will add dry masala add Chilli powder, ginger garlic paste add turmeric powder and dry coriander.

Now we will add little curd fry until it leaves the sides of the kadhai.

Add boiled green peas and fried cauliflower pieces.

Add little water(if required) add salt to taste and cover it for 5 minutes add coriander leaves chopped, Maggi masala and garam masala and Serve hot with Chappathi or Pulka.
