Heat oil in Kadai

Add asafoetida powder,green chilli and onions in it

Cook it for 5 minutes and add tomatoes in it.

After two minutes add potatoes and capsicum in it and cook it on medium to low flame for 15-20 minutes.(in between cover the Kadai)

Add ginger garlic paste, salt and after two minutes add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and black pepper in it

Now sabji is ready to serve with chapatti.
