Peel and grat potato

Take a mixing bowl add grated potato, rice, salt, red chilli powder, mint powder,Asafoetida, food colour mash with hands and mix it.

Make a dough

Take a bhujiya maker, set medium sized bhujiya plate in it.

Fill a part of dough in maker and made a bhujiya of it.

Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry it crispy by flipping it.

Remove it from oil and keep it on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

I will go with mint flavor..you can try any other.

This bhujiya is idol as T time snacks.. Long lasting taste remains on your tounge surely.
