Omurice is a delicacy from Japan. Here egg omelette is stuffed with chicken and rice, usually fried rice with different seasonings.
Steps

Wash and soak rice in water for 30 minutes. Boil with 1 tablespoon salt. Drain and keep aside.

Heat a wok. Add butter and oil and add chopped garlic, fry till golden. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.

Add all powdered spices and salt.Mix.

Add tomato chilli sauce,soya sauce and tomato ketchup.Mix well.

Add all the vegetables,mix and adjust salt.

Now add cooked rice, mix well. Add chopped spring onion. Keep aside.

Blend eggs and put on a greased, warm nonstick pan. Spread evenly.cook 1 minute on each side on medium flame.

In a round bowl put omellat and put rice in it. Cover from edges. Put a plate on the bowl and flip the plate. Remove bowl.

Omurice is ready to be served.Serve hot.
