  • ForPav-
  • 200 gmsmataki sprouted and boiled
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspGada masala (misal masala)
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspred chillies powder
  • 1 tbspdhaniya jeera powder
  • 1 bowlmixed farshan
  • 3onions finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes finely chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Fewcurry leaves

    Take a deep pan put oil then ginger garlic paste saute it then add curry leaves onion saute it till it becomes pink.

    Add tomatoes Gada masala mix it well till tomato becomes soft add red chilli.

    Then all masala, salt mataki and two or three glass of water let it cook for 10 mins in low frame serve it with pav and farshan.
