Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour and put it in a bowl. Add salt. Gradually add water and mix well.

Make a batter that is neither too thin nor too thick. Whisk it well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Heat a griddle or skillet on the stove, grease it with ghee, and pour the batter in a circular motion with your hand, outlining the edges as well.

Drizzle ghee around the edges and cook on low heat. This pancake is cooked only on one side. Notice how beautiful it looks.
