To preparing bhaji:- Firstly take a pan. Add oil. Then add capsicum, carrot, cabbage. Cook it for 2-5 minutes on medium flame. Then add boiled peas. Now mix it. And cook it until they become soft. Now add salt, 2 tbsp bhaji masala.then add boiled potatoes. mix again.

Then add 2 tbsp butter. Mix it. Then mash bhaji. Now bhaji is ready. Then we will prepare masala. So keep aside this bhaji. And take another pan or tava.

Then heat pan. Add 1/2 cup butter. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 minutes. Now add Chopped onion. Cook it for 2-4 minutes. Now add rest of bhaji masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well. Then add prepared bhaji. Mix again. Cook it for 2 minutes. Then add water. As required. Cook bhaji until become soft. Then add butter. Garnish with coriander.Bhaji is ready.

Take a pan. heat the pan. Add butter. Cut the pav in to center. And fry it on tava. With butter. Fry for 1 minutes. Now pav bhaji ready to serve.
