Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupspinach leaves chopped blanched
  2. 1/2 cupbroccoli chopped blanched
  3. 1capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1cucumber grated and squeezed
  5. 1/4 cuphung curd / very thick curd
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. 1 tspchilli flakes
  9. as neededOil for cooking
  10. as neededBrown bread slices

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the veggies and spices together with hung curd.

  2. 2

    Spread a spoon full of mixture on a slice and cover with another bread slice. Cook on a non stick tawa from both sides.

  3. 3

    For kids, you can chop veggies really small and serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
