5-4lobster tails
1 teaspooncayenne pepper
6 tablespoonsbutter
2fresh diced garlic cloves or 2 tablespoons of garlic pace

Steps

Wash lobster tails then put directly in pot. Turn on to medium heat and cover with kid about 10 to 15 minutes. What to you see tails curling up and turned Orange color, turn of fire. Then add garlic butter and cayenne pepper and cover again let set for 5 mins while shaking the pot holding the lid firm for 5 mins.
