Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspflour
  2. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsppepper
  4. 2 lbbeef stew meat
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspminced garlic
  7. 2chopped onions
  8. 1 canmushroom soup
  9. 1soup can of water
  10. 1 cupbrown gravy (or broth sometimes with BBQ sauce)
  11. 1/2 tspdried basil
  12. 2 cupscauliflower
  13. 1/2 cupcelery
  14. 1/2 cupred wine or juice or water
  15. 1 cupeither green beans, garbanzo beans, mushrooms,
  16. or whatever extra veggies you'd like to add
  17. 4carrots

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Coat meat cubes with flour, salt, and pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat a large pot over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear the meat.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, onion, soup, water, gravy, and basil.

  4. 4

    Cover and bake in oven (300°F) for about 2 hours.

  5. 5

    Add remaining veggies and wine and bake for another 2 hours.
