Yes you are right, a someone must found this recipe's name who reaaaaaaly liked women's body part!! Kofte has smaller shape then burger meat and much flatter and bigger than meatballs . But probably they all taste the same . In this recipe we used rice. I wish I could cook this in the oven instead of frying .. Well .. Is , what it is.. :)

Ingredients

  1. 1 poundground beef
  2. 1/2 cuprice
  3. 2 cupswater to cook rice
  4. 1onion (use machine to chop tiny)
  5. 1/2 bunchparsley/ chopped
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 1/2or more salt
  10. Oil to fry kofte

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, drain and cook rice

    Heat 1 tbs oil, cook 1/2 of ground beef, then add oion, cook and sauté 2-3 mins until no juice left. Set aside to cool it.

    In a mixing bowl, have other half of beef, rice, parsley, spices and cooled and cooked ground beef. Knead about 5-6 min. Until they all are well blended.

    Shape them and cover and keep in fridge minimum 30 mins.

    Have 2 bowls filled with bread crumbs, the other with 2 egg (mixed well). Coat koftes first with bread crumbs then egg.

    Heat oil very good in a frying pan, cook until they are cooked.

    Since they are oily serve with steamed vegetables.

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore! Also no sugar, flour and very low carbohydrate meals .This is my journey now. Good luck on yours! 😄✌️
