First of all take a strainer and put the poha, wash the phoa under running water thoroughly and keep aside. Now chop the onions and potatoes finely. Now take a deep pan heat oil in it add cumin seeds and mustard seeds then curry leaves and groundnut seeds.

Now add onions and cook for 1 munite and then add potatoes and A pinclh of salt mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the boiled peas and finely chopped tomato and green chilly mix well add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and mix well.

Now take the poha add salt turmeric and lemon juice and mix the poha gently with fingers so that the spices and lemon juice blends well in entire flattened rice.

Then add this poha to the pan and mix well gently on low flame.cover the lid and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Turn off the flame toss the entire poha and keep it covered for few minutes and then serve. Garnish with fresh coriander and top with your favourite chevda (mix namkeen) or sev bhujia and enjoy
