Sieve flour in a bowl add butter sugar and salt mix together then add water and make a smooth dough cover it and allow to rest to about 15mnts

Sprinkle flour on your work surface and roll the dough flat

Arrange the sausage in the begining of the dough and roll it like a mat then cut it and use knife to make a mark on it
