Besan sandwich

Churn green chillies, ginger and jeera.

Heat oil and add this paste followed by peas, capsicum and carrot. Add haldi and salt to it.

Saute for 3-4mins. Then add grated potatoes with fresh coriander.

Make a diluted batter of besan, salt,haldi,red chilli powder and heeng.

Dip the bread in besan. Grease tawa with butter and keep the dipped slice on it.cook from both the sides applying butter

Now spread the prepared mixture on top of this. Grate some cheese(optional). Cover with another slice

Cook from both the sides.

Serve hot!
