Grind the khoya and add in maida then made dough with the help of milk.

Meanwhile in pan add 1 bowl water, sugar, cardamom and make sugar syrup.

With dough make small balls.
Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all balls and put into sugar syrup for atleast and hour. - 4
Your Gulabjamun is ready for serving.
