Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 50 gramkhoya
  • 2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Pinchcardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoonchopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoonpumpkin seeds
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the khoya and add in maida then made dough with the help of milk.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile in pan add 1 bowl water, sugar, cardamom and make sugar syrup.

  3. 3

    With dough make small balls.
    Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all balls and put into sugar syrup for atleast and hour.

  4. 4

    Your Gulabjamun is ready for serving.
