Chocolates and strawberries are all time favourites and liked by all. I tried and created my own fusion of the combination of both. Quick and easy and tastes yum. Do try once.

Ingredients

100 gmdark chocolate
60 mlfresh cream
1 tbspgelatin
1 packetOreo cookies crushed
as neededFresh strawberries
4 tbspPowered sugar
1 cupwhipped cream
as neededChocolate for garnishing

In a bowl put gelatin and add 4tbsp of hot water and leave it aside. In another bowl heat cream but do not boil. Once nice and hot add chocolate pieces and mix well till all the chocolate is completely dissolved. Now add the gelatine in the chocolate and mix very well.

Make a puree from half the quantity of strawberries and cut other half into small pieces and add powdered sugar to the pieces and leave it aside.

Whip cream till soft peaks forms and add strawberry puree and mix well.

How to assemble. In a glass first put some chocolate mix. On that put strawberry pieces and then Oreo cookies crushed and finally whip cream. Sprinkle some more cookies and chocolate shavings. And finally garnish with chocolate garnishes or sprinklers of your choice. Chill and serve.
