Ingredients

3/4 servings
  • 1/2 kgallu peeled
  • 2tblspn butter
  • 2tblapn chawal ka atta
  • 1/2tspn lal mirch powder
  • 1tspn salt
  • 1tspn onion powder
  • 1tspn kali mirch
  • 1tblspn cornflour
  • 3tblspn chedder cheese grated
  • Oil for frying
  • Ice cold water

  1. 1

    Allu ko grater ki madad say grate kar lein grate allu ko thandy pani mein 10 minute ke liye dal dein

  2. 2

    Phir drain kar ke malmal ke kapray mein dal kar mukammal squeeze kar lein or side per rakh dein

  3. 3

    Karahi mein butter dal kar melt karen or grate or squeeze allu dal ke achi tarah mix karen or darmiyaani aanch py 4,5 minute py paka lein or thanda lar lein

    Ab is mein chawal ka atta,lal mirch, namak,onion powder, kali mirch, corn flour, chedder cheese dal ke achi tarah mix karein or 5 minute ke liye chor dein hathon ko oil say grease karein aur equal size mein jo shape chahen bana lein

  5. 5

    Frying pan meinn oil garam karein or golden brown honay tak fry karen
