Wash and wipe all the chilliy

Now cut the chilliy in big pieces.cut the ginger also.

Now Heat the oil in wok.add jeera and hing.now add the chilli and ginger.and fry for 1 minute. Add Salt and 1/2 cup water and covered the lid for 5-6 minutes.

Now check the chilli and stir àgain.if chilliy are cooked then turn off the flame. Let it cool.

Now grind the chilliy in grinder and make a smooth paste. Add the vinegar. Keep sauce in a bottle and freeze it.
