Guava Curry

Wash and cut the guava. Now make paste of tomato, curd, ginger and chilli.

Heat oil, add cloves, cinnamon, and black cardamom. Now add cumin seeds. Now add turmeric asafetida, fennel powder and red chilli. Mix well, and cook for while at low flame.

Add tomato mixture, cook it at low flame for 3-4 min. Now add diced guava. Mix well, cover it and cook for 3-4min.

Add jaggery, mix it. Off the flame. Guava curry is ready to serve.
