Take a bowl mix maida, corn flour, yeast and food colour, now add Lukewarm water to make a soft mixture...ab jo jalebi ke btr bnya ha us ko cotton ke saf kapry ma dal kar chota sa sorh kar lena ha or oil ko medium flame par jalebi bana kar shery ma dal deni ha 4'5 min ke liye jalebi ready...

For sheer... Take a pan heat 3 glass of water add 1 cup of sugar and Little elachi powder and make sheera.. Cook it until the mixture become thick.

Now take a cotton cloth, wrap it accordingly, add jelbi mixture in it, make a small hole at the end of the cloth,

Now take a pan, heat oil and fry the jalebi for 3 _4 minutes.

After frying dip that jalebi in the sheera mixture for approximately 10 minutes

Jalebi is ready. Enjoy
