  1. 500 gmcapsicum
  2. 3 tbspgram flour
  3. 1 bowlspring onion (finely chopped)
  4. 6garlic cloves
  5. 2 inchginger
  6. 4green chilli
  7. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  8. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  12. 3 tablespoonoil

    Take a utensil heat up a oil cook cummin seeds till it crackle add kadinleaves, ginger garlic paste to it add all dry speics (coriander powder,red chilli powder and dhandiya powder)then add gram.flour and roast itsuntill aroma comes

    Then add chopped spring onion and capsicum add salt to it and cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until the capsicum cook properly.

    Besan wali Shimla mirch is ready to serve
