Ingredients

  1. Halfcup chopped finely green onion
  2. Halfcup finally chopped red onion
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 1small tomato chopped finely
  5. Parsley or coriander leaves to garnish
  6. 1 cupgram flour
  7. 2 tspcurd
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1 tspred chili powder
  10. 1 tspturmeric
  11. 1 tspchaat masala optional
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds
  13. 1 tspmustard seeds
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder optional
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. PinchASAFETIDA
  17. Halftsp black pepper
  18. 1 tspcarom seeds
  19. Oil to roast

Cooking Instructions

25 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and add slowly water according thickness of mixture

  2. 2

    Make a smooth thick mixture without any lump

  3. 3

    Put some oil on nonstick pan and pour one spoon mixture and slightly spread with spatula

  4. 4

    Stay on low flame when it start cooking turn flame little medium

  5. 5

    Roast from both sides and enjoy with homemade tamarind sauce

  6. 6

    Stay safe stay healthy
