Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbedmi poori atta
  2. 1/2 tspajwain(carom seeds)
  3. 1 cupleftover Chana daal khichadi
  4. 1/2 cupChopped spinach leaves
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1 tbspginger and green chilli paste
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. as neededWater to knead

Cooking Instructions

    Take the flour in a bowl and add leftover khichadi, chopped onion,add all dry spices and ginger-green chilli paste to it.
    Mix everything well with hands
    Use little water to knead a tight dough.

    Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Pinch little dough and roll it
    Heat up tawa and place rolled paratha to cook.
    Flip when one side is slightly done
    Apply ghee and flip again.

    Take it out in a plate when nicely done.

  5. 5

    Enjoy hot Paratha with pickle or sabzi.
