*For spice***
In a saucepan, roast all the ingredients for making the spice powder over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or till aromat.

Let the roasted spices cool down and grind to a fine powder. Keep aside.

**For chicken ***
In a bowl, combine spice powder, turmeric powder, ground pepper, salt, yogurt and butter.

Now spread the batter over the chicken and rub it very well and marinate for atleast 5_6 hours.

Now heat a pan add oil and cook chicken.

Heat coal and give smoke to chicken. And keep aside.

**For rice***
Heat a pan add oil, onion and cook till translucent.

Now add whole cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper corns, green chilies, turmeric powder, rice, (if u add water then add chicken cubes) or chicken stock and salt Combine well.

Add rice and cook half..

Now in a serving platter spread Mandi rice add bbq chicken..

Serve hot with salad and raita 😋😋
