Put 1/2 tablespoon oil to the heated pan, after boiling the oil add half chopped onion to the pan saute for few minutes then add turmeric powder, jeera - dhania powder green chilli to the pan add boiled mashed potatoes mix well put one teaspoon red chilli powder add salt saute for few more minutes when it's done add to the bowl

Now put Kashmiri red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, mango powder,and half chopped onion to the same bowl, and give it a rough mix and keep aside. Take a bowl put whole wheat flour, add refined flour,and half tablespoon oil to the same bowl mix well and put needed warm water to the bowl,and make soft dough put little oil to the dough,and don't need to add salt,and keep rest for ten minutes.

Make balls from the dough and put potato mix to the middle of the ball and roll it.and put the heated pan of the oven and shallow fry. Do all in the same.

Yummy tasty Aloo paratha is ready to serve.
