Firstly wash fresh coriander 2-3 times and chop it finely. Peel wash and chop the onions finely and chilli too.

Take A big bowl add rice flour and the chopped onions coriander leaves as.well as chillies. Sprinkle salt red chilli and turmeric powder. Now mix them well.

Now take A glass of water and knead a semi-soft dough by adding little water. Knead the dough very carefully because these parathas are to be rolled on hands and not on the rolling board.

Now take a thick clean plastic bag place it on the rolling board and grease it with oil. grease both your palms too. Take A ball of dough place it between the palms and press giving shape of small roti than place it on.the plastic bag and with the help if your fingers keep pressing from all the sides and enlarging this into paratha.

Now place it on the hot tava / flat pan and roast it on low to medium flame both the sides. Apply ghee or homemade butter for best taste. It takes 4 - 5 minutes for one paratha to be roasted nicely on low to medium flame since these parathas are thick. Serve with green chutney or simply enjoy with homemade butter.
