Gobhi Paratha

Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt and oil. Mix it well. Add water in small portions to knead soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

Stuffing-Grate the cauliflower using any grater.Also, grate ginger in the grated cauliflower.

Heat 2tso oil in a pan. When the oil is hot keep the flame low add cumin seeds 1pinch Hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilli,, saute for a minute, add grated cauliflower, ginger to it.,1/2tsp salt or salt to taste,1/4red chilli powder,1/4tsp garam masala,1/2tsp amchur powder and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Grade your hands with some oil and knead the dough again.Take small portions from the dough.Roll into round shape and then dust with some dry flour.Roll out the dough ball into 3 to 4 in diameter round.

Top it up with 2 tsp stuffing.Close the stuffing well.

Flatten the dough so that spread the stuffing evenly. Dust the stuffed dough with some dry flour. Now roll out a thick paratha.

Preheat a tawa for making parathas. Spread some oil on the heated tawa. Place the paratha over it. Flip it. Now let the paratha roast from the other side. Apply some oil on the upper side of the paratha. Flip it.and apply some oil on this side as well. until they get golden brown spots on both sides. Press to roast the parathas. keep the flame medium to get crispy parathas.
