Steps

Soak both of dal & fenugreek seed for 4-5 hrs

Grind with ginger & chilli

Mix heeng beat until light & fluffy.

Take kadhai add oil & give shape of vada & deep fry.

Soak in lukewarm water for 20-25 mins.
- 6
Squeeze water very carefully and pour curd on it sprinkle salt, black salt, jeera & red chilli powder tamarind chutney and anardana.
