Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdhuli urad dal
  2. 2 tspdhuli moong dal
  3. 1/2 pinchfenugreek seeds
  4. 2 inchesginger
  5. 1green chilli
  6. Pinchheeng
  7. 1 bowlCurd
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspblack salt
  10. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  11. As per tasteRed chill powder
  12. as requiredTamarind chutney
  13. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak both of dal & fenugreek seed for 4-5 hrs

  2. 2

    Grind with ginger & chilli

  3. 3

    Mix heeng beat until light & fluffy.

  4. 4

    Take kadhai add oil & give shape of vada & deep fry.

  5. 5

    Soak in lukewarm water for 20-25 mins.

  6. 6

    Squeeze water very carefully and pour curd on it sprinkle salt, black salt, jeera & red chilli powder tamarind chutney and anardana.
