Firstly in a large bowl Mix the flour, salt and water to make a dough and knead well.

Now Make small balls. Sprinkle bajra on a rolling board or flat surface, place the dough on it. Flatten the dough, like a thick roti.

Heat a tawa and put bajra roti on the hot tawa. Cook both sides. Place it directly on the hot flame till done and serve after putting ghee.
