Ingredients

  • meat beef / mutton half kg i have beef
  • lauki half kg
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • halftsp haldi
  • 1 tspdhanya powder
  • halftap garam masala powdwr
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • coriander half bunch
  • oil
  • onion 1 big size

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut onion in julian

    Take a wok add onion add oil and fry onion till golden colour

    Then add ginget garloc paste in onion

    Now bhonifu ot then add red chilli haldi and dhanya powder

    Now bhonify ot for 5 min add little water so masala cannot burn from bottom

    Now cut tomatoes

    Then add tomatoes in masala bhonify ot again 5 min

    Continuosly storring spoon add half cup water also when bubbles appear on surface

    At this stage add water 4 cups and cover lid for 30 min

    Your flame should be med

    Now after 30 min check if meat gwt 75% done dry water amd bhonify it

    In a mean while cut lauki in cubes

    Then add lauki in bhune salan

    Mix in salan

    Then add water till ur desirw gravu

    Cover lod and cook in low flame again 15 min

    Now ur shorba is ready pour it in a bowl add garqm masala powder garnish it woth chillies and vorriqnder

    6 peoples can easily it it serve with chapati and cookin time of this dish is 45 min depend on meat mutton take half hour
