Steps

**for gravy*** Heat oil add onions saute till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, mutton,turmeric powder, salt and Sindhi biryani masala and stir well.

Now add tomatoes.

Cook until mutton done.

***for rice**** Now boil water add Bay leaves, green chillies,oil, Bari Elaichi and cinnamon stick.

When water starts to boil add rice and cook half.Then strain all water and keep aside.

**For layering***
Take a big pot add oil then add rice then add mutton gravy again add rice, add mutton gravy add potatoes and in last add rice, mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilli. - 8
Now cook biryani on high flame for 5mins then on low flame.

Biryani is ready to serve 👍
