Keep spinach leaves in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Make a fine paste of it

Add this paste in wheat flour add salt, 1t spn oil and make a dough

Boil potatoes and grate it.

Add finely chopped onion, ginger paste, crushed garlic, salt, green chillies paste, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves a

Add 1 t spn oil in pan and saute potatoes mixture for 2-3 minutes. Keep it a side for cooling

Take a small ball of a dough roll it.stuff potato mixture in it.pack it and roll it

Shallow fry on griddle pouring oil from sides.

Serve hot.
