Fresh Coconut Paratha

Chopped coconut. Grind with green chilli. garlic cloves. Keep aside.

In a plate take wheat flour, coconut paste, red chilli flakes, salt and oil. Mix.....well. Add water or as needed to make a smooth dough. Rest for five minutes.

Take a Small ball from the dough mixture. Roll it in a pin like chapati. Place the chapati on tawa. Cook both the sides. Apply oil and Cook till it become light brown in colour both the sides.

Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve hot.....coconut paratha with any chutney
