Steps

Put oil in wok and fry chopped garlic cloves for 30 seconds. Marinate chicken with cirnflour black pepper and salt for 30 min and then fry until golden brown.

Add onion and fry until chsnge colors then add capcicum and fry for half min add ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.add fried chicken cubes in too.

Add chicken stock and stir for minute.

Add chilli sauce soy sauce and vinegar and continue stirring.

Add sugar salt and 1/4 table spoon black pepper and continue stirring.

Mix cornflour in water and add in wok by stirring constantly until perfect consistency is obtained. Dishout and enjoy with fried rice.
