Dressed prawn be soaked in lemon juice, pepper powder,and salt.

Pour oil in kadai saute chopped onion, ground tomato,

And Ginger, garlic paste.saute few minutes,then red chilli powder, garam masala, Coriander powder, fennel powder, kashmiri chilli powder then saute few minutes,

Then add soaked prawn in the kadai,mix well keep the lid on the kadai and cook for 5 min,then add hot water and cook till gravy with good consistency,is made present the dish with Coriander leaves spread on the top.
