  9. 2green chilli
  10. 1/4 cuphara dhania

    Oil ko garam karain or pyaz ko bareek kaat kr fry krlain.

    Jb pyaz halky brown hojaye tu tomatoes ko kaat kr is mey add karain or salt ginger garlic paste dhania powder or chilli powder or thora sa pani daal kr masala bhoon lain

  3. 3

    Phr is mey chukandar ko square shape mey kaat kr add karain or itna pani daalain k chukandar gal jain

  4. 4

    Again bhoon kr khushk karain uper hara dhania or hari mirch sey garnish karain..mazedar masala chukandar tyar hain
