Take ghee in a bowl and add ice cubes in it and shake though hands for 5 minutes (ghee will turn white). After that, add a little flour and stir with your hands and add water (prepare the batter in such a way that you do not pour the kernel of flour).

Heat the oil in a small pan and add the prepared batter slowly with a spoon.

To make syrup: After boiling the sugar you add water and boil it, add turmeric and cardamom powder and let it boil for 5 minutes on low heat.

After boiling, let it cool and then pour the syrup over the ghevar. After add gulkand, chop almond pistachio cashew nuts and serve it.
