This is an easy Matcha bread recipe to make with your bread machine and it's a wonderful bread for breakfast. For this recipe, we recommend to use Chlorella Matcha.

First, place bread flour in the bread machine (making a mountain shape).

Place all ingredients (except walnuts, raisins and yeast) around the mountain of flour.

On top of the mountain of flour, make a hole and put yeast.

Finally, put milk around the mountain of the flour.

Choose the basic or white bread setting and the medium crust setting.

5 minutes before finishing the kneading process, add nuts and raisins (more or less when 30 minutes have passed from the beginning).

After 3 hours (more or less, it depends on machine), the bread will be ready! It is important to remove the bread from the bakery just after finishing.
