Baked Salmon Fillet on Asparagus Cream

Cooking Instructions

Chop the onion and sauté it with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.

Separate the asparagus tips from the stalks, cut the stalks into small pieces, and add them to the onion. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and the cream cheese.

Mix and blend until creamy. Add some cilantro and 2 to 3 basil leaves. Blend again and add salt to taste.

Meanwhile, place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil. Add the reserved asparagus tips. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is light pink throughout.

Pour the hot cream onto a plate and place the salmon in the center. Decorate with the remaining asparagus tips and enjoy.
