Ingredients

4-6 persons
  • 250 gmmutton mince
  • 5Brinjal (peel off skin and cut into cubes)
  • 2Brinjal for slices
  • 4tomatoes (peel off skin and chopped)
  • 1 cupOil
  • 2medium Onions
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspRed pepper
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspginger Julian cut
  • 5green chillies
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  • 1lemon
  • slicesBrinjal
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt
  • 1 tsproasted round red chillies powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil into the pan and fry onion till golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste, mince and bhonofy it.

  2. 2

    Now add chopped tomatoes, all spices and water.

  3. 3

    When mince was fully cooked, add Brinjal, ginger,lemon, green chillies, garam masala powder and simmer for 10 mints.

  4. 4

    Garnish with mint leaves.

  5. 5

    For fried slices: shallow fry Brinjal slices on low flame.

  6. 6

    Take out slices into a plate and sprinkle spices on both the sides.

  7. 7

    Now arrange Brinjal Qeema on Brinjal slices.
