Brinjal Qeema on the bed of fried Brinjal slices

Put oil into the pan and fry onion till golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste, mince and bhonofy it.

Now add chopped tomatoes, all spices and water.

When mince was fully cooked, add Brinjal, ginger,lemon, green chillies, garam masala powder and simmer for 10 mints.

Garnish with mint leaves.

For fried slices: shallow fry Brinjal slices on low flame.

Take out slices into a plate and sprinkle spices on both the sides.

Now arrange Brinjal Qeema on Brinjal slices.
