Wash potatoes thoroughly

Insert the skewer from the middle

Cut the potato in spiral shape gently

With a little pressure open the potatoes in spiral shape

Make a batter of corn flour flour rice flour salt pepper and chilli flakes

Batter should not be too thick nor too liquidy

Pour the batter over tornado potato

Deep fry it till crispy

Drain off excess oil

Now grate cheese over it

Add green onions
