Steps

Take a pan and add oil. Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic and saute for 2-3 mins. Add finely chopped carrots and beans and half of the corns. Saute for 2 mins.

Then add water and let it boil till vegetables are soft.

Grind remaining corn in a grinder and add little water and make a smooth paste. Sieve the paste nicely. Add this to the soup and add water, salt to taste, sugar and cornflour slurry.Give it a boil. It will start thickening.Remove in a bowl and serve hot.
