Soak the white rice overnight. The next day wash it and add boiled rice or tuwo(dafaka) and blend it well. Dont add tok much water lest it becomes to watery(if watery you can add more boiled rice or flour).

Then add yeast and baking powder to the mixture and allow to rice.

When it has risen and start having bubbles then you can add salt and sugar and stir. Then fry in kaskon waina.

Serve your waina with any stew, soup or sauce you like or kuli kuli. I served mine with egusi stew or taushe.
