Ingredients

4 people
  1. 4eggs beaten
  2. Same amount of water as your egg liquid
  3. 1minced chicken breast
  4. 2 stalksgreen onion
  5. 3shallots
  6. 2 clovesgarlics
  7. Pinchsugar
  8. Soy sauce
  9. Salt and white pepper
  10. Rice wine(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix egg liquid and water. Steam for 10 to 15min or until cooked. You can poke it with a stick to see if it’s running in the middle

  2. 2

    Fry shallot till transparent. Add green onions and garlics. Stir fry till fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add minced chicken and fry till white. Add soy sauce, salt, white pepper and sugar. Stir well and simmer for 5 min

  4. 4

    Serve minced sauce on top of steam egg
